How We Work
Just as our clients are searching for the perfect company who will bring their vision to life, we’re looking for clients who understand there’s more to a project than meets the eye.
Your project’s timeline is based on your availability to make decisions during the entire process
Our projects start with the design phase which can take 6 - 8 weeks on average when meeting regularly.
Once design is complete, we move on to construction which takes anywhere from 10 to 12 weeks on average.

From the size to the amount of labor and product, every project is different and our pricing is based on these varying factors.

Kitchen
$125,000 - $175,000 on average including materials and labor

Design Fee: Starts at $3,000+
Master Bathroom
$100,000 - $150,000 on average including materials and labor
From soaking tubs and innovative storage solutions to sleek countertops and luxurious finishes, your master bath should be your relaxation oasis. That's why we blend everyday function with a "day at the spa" feel to create a master bathroom you'll never want to leave.
Design Fee: $5,000
All Other Areas of the Home
$125,000 - $175,000 on average including materials and labor
Project cost and design fees are based on the scope and level of involvement from our team at KBC.
The atmosphere and aesthetic of a room are just as important as its function and when redesigning a space in your home, we'll infuse the meaningful items you want to include as well as seamlessly tie in other elements of the home to create a cohesive feel throughout.
